ABOUT SpeedLax
Speed Lax is a format of lacrosse we use for Summer SpeedLax and the Romp in da Swamp. It is a 3v3 game on a small-sided field to exponentially raise lacrosse participation for girls and boys of all ages. Speed Lax significantly reduces barriers to entry and makes sampling lacrosse simple.
WHY SpeedLax?

SpeedLax Format
- Games consist of 3 players vs. 3 players
- Mini 4x4 goals are used
- Equipment needed is a stick, mouthguard, and reversible pinnie.
- The stick must be a standard “short stick” only, defined as 40” to 42” in length for boys & 35.6” to 43.6” for girls. NO DEFENSIVE LONG POLES
